Master's Degree in Kinesiology- Bowling Green State University where awarded Graduate Assistantship through Human Movement and Leisure Studies

 

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition and foods- Bowling Green State University Graduated Summa Cum Laude

 

Teaching Assistant for the Exercise Science Program: for Exercise Physiology and Exercise Testing and Prescription classes; taught Exercise and Conditioning and Weight Training college courses

 

Over 8 years of coaching experience with athletes

 

USPA Drug Tested 3x National Record Holder: Squat 352.7lb, Deadlift 418.9lb, and Total 953.5lb at 158lb bodyweight

 

Student Athlete- Division 1 Tennis Player, Team Captain, Ranked in top 90 in NCAA, and Intercollegiate Scholar Athlete

Certified in Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

 

Certified AED/CPR and First Aid
