Strength and Conditioning exists to make humans perform better at sports and life. Every program at The Bar Fitness Club is derived from international methods of developing athletes and efficient humans; our coaches are skilled at bringing you up to speed with your individualized program, the recording process, recovery methods, and warm-up protocols. We begin with the basics of establishing core function along with the basics of compound movements. The programs beginner phase transitions into more demanding training blocks using more advanced movements at a safe pace with the supervision of our coaches.

Execution of each workout is recorded in the weight room. We use this data to further develop our methods of programming. Everyone in this program trains pain free. This program caters to beginners and seasoned athletes. You do not need experience with a barbell or free weights to become part of this program.
