What is Strength and Conditioning?

Strength and Conditioning exists to make humans perform better at  sports and life. Every program at The Bar Fitness Club is derived from  international methods of developing athletes and efficient humans.


The Education Process…

Our coaches are skilled at bringing you up to speed with your  individualized program, the recording process, recovery methods, and warm-up  protocols. Everyone in this program trains pain free. You do not need experience with a barbell or  free weights to join the program.

What is Periodization?

Periodization Training uses the cycling of phases and intensity to ensure  safe and predictable progression.

We begin with the basics of establishing core function and safely  work towards the level of physical preparedness that is required for barbell  movements. The lighter phases transition into more demanding training phases  using more advanced movements at a safe pace with the supervision of our  coaches.

Execution of each  workout is recorded in the weight room. We use this data to further develop our  methods of understanding and practicing periodized programming.
