Personal Training provides a more intense utilization of coaching, equipment, and goal setting to those who want or need assistance in the weight room, in life, or with a sport. Personal training can better integrate you with your environment (sports, work, getting old, etc) by practicing proper movement patterns with the right level of difficulty. Every program at The Bar Fitness Club is derived from international methods of developing athletes and efficient humans; our coaches are skilled at bringing you up to speed with your individualized program, the recording process, recovery methods, and warm-up protocols.

The benefits of Personal Training include 24-hour access to the facility AND program. Having this kind of access also allows our clients cover a lot of ground while practicing quality of movement. Our programs all begin with the basics of establishing core function along with the basics of compound movements. Everyone’s beginner phase transitions into more demanding training blocks at a safe pace with the supervision of the personal trainer. Zero experience in a gym is required to work with a personal trainer at The Bar Fitness Club.

One Personal Training Session Per Month With Personalized Program

We allow members to schedule as little as one session per month as a means for accountability and a way to maintain a month to month dialogue regarding their workout planning. This includes a personalized program, and 24-hour access to the gym. These sessions are very educational for beginners and can last up to 90min. For advanced athletes, these sessions are used to better understand bad habits while maintaining good habits in juxtapose with assessing the current state of their mind/body.

Programs tend to change progressively in structure every 3-5 weeks; trainers substitute movements appropriately and in accordance to the client’s individual needs. This timeframe keeps you motivated by staying challenged, but also by being given enough time for noticeable improvement. A thorough explanation of the personalized program will always be given and can be happily re-explained at any time.

1, 2, 3, or 4 Personal Training Sessions Per Week With Personalized Program

Meeting with a Personal Trainer every week adds extra guidance and holds you more accountable for the quality of your movement, and choice of weight. Choice of weight is especially important during recovery and drastically affects the results of training. Quality training geared towards health efficiently and consistently produces progress and success. At The Bar Fitness Club you have the choice of working with a personal trainer for as up to four times per week.

We have experience working with out of shape, soccer moms, office dads, professional athletes, and national champions. Again, you do not need experience with a barbell or free weights to train at The Bar Fitness Club.
